BTW, TPG are not answering nor verifiying details about their 'new email service' company.

Have you transferred or opted in your email to The Messaging Company? TMC is not our 'new email service' company. 

TMC is a company which provides email service.

I opted to migrate to TMC several months ago, and have just been migrated. Receiving emails smoothly on Outlook with no interruption. Had sending problems at first but resolved by the end of the day (may have been a poor send setting to start with). All good now. And TMC very prompt answering queries..
