Hi, can someone help with the reason my I can’t use, any search engine or app outside of wifi? My mobile data is ON and everything, I have not changed a thing. Can someone help please?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me, this has happened unexpectedly a few months ago. For some reason I can’t use my data for anything that’s outside of a wifi connection. Even an iMessage won’t go through until I have a wifi connection. It is very frustrating. Not sure if it’s the physical phone or provider problem. Thought it was worth a try to contact you guys (my provider). It is an Iphone 13 if that makes a difference?
