Hi, I had been notified of a planned outage in my area which should have ended at 0800 today. It is now 15.45 and i still have no Internet. The nbn site says that there is no nbn issue. Could I please have some advice! Megan
NBN has scheduled a planned outage to perform essential maintenance on the network that will optimise the serviceability of the network. During the outage, customers will not be able to access the network.
The outage should be resolved by now. i've managed to run a quick test and have now detected an internet connection.
