Hi
I am on my 5th day of broken promises and waiting multiple times on the phone for well over 45 mins for someone to pick up the phone. I am not sure whats happened at TPG but it has gone down the toilet. I am not a moaning and complaining user but when you get treated this bad you must speak up.
