No internet for 30 hours

TPG customer for a number of years across two residences. Have lost NBN for over 30 hours and no end in sight with no feedback on when or if this can be fixed. Is there anyone to call in Australia who doesn't just recite rubbish off a script? The call centre operators are very polite but offer no information other than parrotting what I've just said or some garbage off a script.
