Our service appears to have been cut off with no notifications of this happening.
We've logged in and paid the balance of what was showed as owing. The payment has gone through in our bank account, our TPG account now shows "You currently do not have any outstanding amount to be paid." in the backend, yet we have received a Credit Card Debit Rejected email, and our service is still out.
Please fix ASAP.
