Speed boost not active yet?

I opted in for TPG's 12 month speed boost offer in early April and was told to wait for the increase but nothing has happened. When will my my NBN be boosted?

Your NBN speed boost should be activated from your next billing cycle. If it hasn't been applied yet, I recommend reaching out to TPG customer support for assistance. They should be able to provide more details and help expedite the process. mydestinycard
