TMC One Time PIN - never received one in over a month....

I have had the same issue that others have reported as regards not receiving the PIN number for transfer to TMC.

I have tried since receiving the notification email on 02/08/23 about TPG ending email services . I've tried many times to transfer but have never yet received the one time code.

Could this be investigated please? All mail filters have long since been turned off and deleted....

Hi Phil, we'd be happy to take a closer look into this.

Are you receiving other emails just fine though? Have you also checked using the Post Office?

I've used Post Office, checked spam folder, removed all filters etc. Nothing received. It might be a bit late now I suppose as the cut-off date for transfer was a while back.

Other emails are a bit slow to arrive but they are getting through....
