TPG Contact Page / Chat link is broken

Hi -

I need to get my NBN service moved - am moving house in a couple days. Have tried phoning TPG with no luck. On the TPG website there is a link to use the chat function, but this is broken. Here is the link: https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact/

Can someone please tell me how I can get in touch with TPG?
