TPG Plan Change Request - Processing Time?

Apologies if this was posted in the wrong board.
It's been 39 hours since I submitted a request to change my NBN plan and it said it will be processed within one day.
I'm just checking if the process is going ok okay, I can wait a bit longer for sure. I just don't want it ending in the case where they forget it or there's a hidden problem and I end up waiting a much longer period of time.
