Hello, our internet speed is fluctuating a lot. Previously, speeds have been smooth usually getting around 40 Mbps. Recently our internet speed has been quite inconsistent ranging from periods of very slow internet speeds (less than 1mbps), quite low (around 10mbps), and back to normal speeds. I have also noticed the upload speeds are very low. Would like help in solving this problem. Apologies if this was posted in the wrong board. It's been 39 hours since I submitted a request to change my NBN plan and it said it will be processed within one day. I'm just checking if the process is going ok okay, I can wait a bit longer for sure.
