The mail server Thunderbird keeps coming up with this error

Sending of the message failed.
Peer using unsupported version of security protocol.
The configuration related to mail.tpg.com.au must be corrected

I am using this data

Server name: pop3.tpg.com.au

Username:  butss

Port: 110

Outpoing server: mail.tpg.com.au

Connection security: STARTTLS

Port: 587

Is this data correct?
