Unable to login to PostOffice or receive email via outlook - Error 504

Anyone else unable to access emails today? Has been opccurring since approx 11:30am on 21 November 2023. No issues reported on Status board, but I've getting a 504 Gateway timeout regardless of method used to access email.

Hi @Ozmica . Are you using Post Office or mail client program?

When does the 504 appear? How does it show on the screen?

I've been using both methods this morning; no problems.

Hi David.

I has been happening regardless of BROWSER, or Client (in my case Outlook 365).

Seems to not work for approx 15-20 mins at a time, then connects randomly.

Was working relatively well yesterday, only noticed a change today as I start to migrate my email accounts away from TPG.

Are you still not able to use the Post Office?

Have you tried different web browsers?

@Ozmica . If still a problem, could you provide a screenshot of the error in the browser for Post Office and the error from the client.
