Unable to send emails

I am unable to send emails on iPhone or iPad

The error message reads

'Cannot Send Mail

The sender address was invalid'

The sender address used works on my PC as well as TPG Post Office.

Checked the Outgoing settings and they are correct as per below:

Primary Server: SMTP: mail.tpg.com.au

The model of iPhone is iPhone SE Version iOS 16.4.1

The model of iPad is iPad mini 5 Version iPadOS 16.5.1
