I am unable to send emails on iPhone or iPad
Password has been changed
Confirm that it is TPG email account
I have attached error message
Checked the Outgoing settings and they are correct as per below:
SMTP: mail.tpg.com.au
Username: your TPG username
Password: your TPG password
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 25

Hi @amandau,
when sending email is the mobile connected to the Mobile Data or Wi-Fi? If so we'd like to confirm if they're TPG or different ISP.
Note: If you are connected to a different ISP, you must use their outgoing mail server.
