Hi,
I have email customers who have complained that they can no longer get my newsletters to their TPG email account.
Reading here, it seems my email address might be resistered by the TPG server as spam, and to correct this the customers need to contact "you" to get my address taken off the spam list.
So, who do they need to contact? Is there a form?

Let us help check this with our postmaster; could you shoot us a PM with your e-mail address used to send the newsletter and also include the bounce-back error message you receive when sending it to TPG e-mail addresses?
