cannot send emails

I have recently installed Norton Secure VPN and it appears to be blocking my outgoing emails. The error message is "Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E ProtocolTMP Port:25 Secure (SSL): No Socket Error:10013

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

Are you using an Email client or TPG Post office?

Check your email settings as well. Refer to our online support page.
