please plug in your modem

Hi,
We have plugged in the modem and followed the steps from your website.
https://support.tpg.com.au/how-set-telstra-smart-modem-gen2-nbn-fttbn (this is our modem and our NBN connection).
We have followed the steps however our online light is not working or on.
Can you please assist us in getting this resolved?

Hi @barthurson . You have FTTB or FTTN and phone cord from wall socket to DSL port on modem?

If you have Bundled NBN/VOIP plan, the modem has to support VLAN ID 2 setting, which I don't think it does. If Data Only plan, VLAN ID is not used, so it should be ok.

Other settings are PPPoE, username and password.
