reset modem

I have got new modem as previous was not working but problem in reset. Will you please assist me for re setting a modem??

Hi, Thank you for prompt reply,
It is ADSL, 300Mpds N USB VDSL/ADSL Modem Router.
I got this for replacement but couldnot connect!!
