skype calls

why cant my Australian friends receive overseas skype calls through TPG? Those who have optus and telstra have no problem

Is it a homephone number, mobile number or direct skype accounts? We'd like to know if your friends are connected via TPG mobile data or TPG  broadband service. You can send us a private message and provide the phone numbers.
