Are you able to check the APN settings on your phone for MMS?
Name: Vodafone AU-MMS
MMS Proxy: 10.202.2.60
MMS Port: 8080
APN type: mms
Is the mobile data turned On? If not, please turn On your Mobile data, then try again.

Have checked APN settings, and they are the same but for APN which was set as HOS.
I reconfigured to live.vodafone.com and saved and restarted the phone but there has been no change.
Mobile Data IS switched on
