I have noticed my bills went from $59.99 to $74.99 in the last few months. I have been using TPG loyally for so many years in many different addresses. This insane increase caught me off guard. I haven't seen a proper heads up for this change at all, best bet missed in many spam emails?
My internet has always been miserable and TPG offers less than average service in general. I have always tolerated these for the reasonably affordable prices.
$74.99 is NOT reasonable!!
I demand a refund for this change and would like to discuss my options before any further changes. Please get your customer services to act upon this and contact through my email and phone number in records.
