Connecting own router (D-Link EXO AC300) to TP Link Archer VR1600V Modem/Router (TPG FTTB).

Hi there, 

Apologies if this has been asked in previous forums but looking to get help in setting up my own router with the default supplied TPG modem. 

Hoping to disable wireless access on the default provided modem/router and use my own but need help in any physical / logical configurations that may need to be done.

Hi @ffajilan,

It is going to be the same set up.

You just need to access the TPG provided modem/router then disable the WiFi or you may press the WLAN/WiFi button on the modem/router itself.

You may also contact the support of your third party device for more suggestions on how to connect or set it up.
