FTTB constantly dropping out

We recently upgraded from TPG NBN to TPG FTTB and have had dropouts multiple every day since FTTB installed. We very rarely had issues with the NBN service. Can you guys help resolve this asap or we will be forced to switch to another provider as we are having to rely on mobile hotspot so often. Thanks

We have located an account using your community details and we can see that you have been in touch with one of our technical specialists who is now working on sending a new modem.
