FTTP connection

Hi, just connected my modem to NBN box, modem to box via ethernet cable to Uni D 1 port on box.  All lights on modem green: internet, 2.4GHz, 5GHz and WAN.  But light on box at Uni-D-1 is solid orange.  What is the problem or how do i get it to turn green?  TIA

Hi @khiemhong . The orange UNI-D1 means that a gigabit device is connected, your router. (Green means only a 10/100 Mbps device.)

In normal operation, the Power, Optical and Alarm lights are green.

Is the internet working anyhow?

Have you been notified that your connection is ready?
The notification should say which UNI-D port to use.
