Can you inform me if the Home Phone prepayment amount required to become "financial" is a one-off which decreases as calls are made (thus requiring a top-up when necessary) or a recurring monthly cost even if no calls are actually made? Thank you.

Hi ndellora01.

The prepayment covers calls not included in whatever voice plan you have, eg. $0 PAYG plan has no included calls.  It is topped up when it falls below some value.   The $10 and $20 per month plans have included calls, but not for all possible calls.  See the TPG website.
