Modem Dropping Out Constantly

Me and my family have been having this problem lately. The internet works fine, but then all of a sudden, the internet disconnects for a second, then returns. This is extremely annoying, and has been happening for the past month now. It seems to have been getting more severe, as in dropping out more and more frequently. In the last 30 minutes, it has dropped out 3 times. It seems like this is only happening on PCs however. iPads and iPhones don’t seem to have a problem. Only PCs. It is happening to both Ethernet and Wifi connections. The model of the modem is the Archer VR1600v.
