Following a successful installation and configuration of NBN FTTC (more than 1 week ago) all works well except that the previous Telstra land line is not recieving calls.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN phone service, we recommend to have a read through following articles this can help guide you through the setup.
Please be aware that your phone handset will plug directly into the phone 1 port on the back of your modem. Not your old Telstra sockets.

and yes my phone is connected directly to phone1 port to the modem.
