i have contacted you twice the last two days data not working

 twice you refreshed phone to get data working it worked for a while then when back to wifi   the data when away from wifi stopped again i am  not happy. regards mayumi

To my understanding, the mobile data went off when you were connected to the WiFi.

 

It is normal to Smart phones to prioritize your WiFi connection, instead of the Mobile data.

 

If you wish to use your mobile data instead of the WiFi, make sure that the WiFi is disabled on your smart phone.
