Hello Rajen or anyone still left alive in this post apocalyptic cyber wasteland....
Ive had my New TPG Modem and new NBN box since Thursday morning last week and still NO indication that my service can be activated.
I was promised a call from Engineering to advise details but that was on Saturday and still nothing.
This same thing has been happening to me. Came across this thread and thought there might be instructions. I can't believe TPG is doing this. Phone calls, the sorry excuse of a chat feature. I regret going with TPG. If they hadn't already charged me I would have already tried another vendor.
Ive been with them for years and to be honest they have always been very helpful. This Corona Virus things must have hit them (and every other industry in the world right now) pretty hard so Im trying to stay patient....

please carry on using your ADSL, I can see you are online for the last two days,
someone will get back to once NBN confirm the appointment
