It is now 6pm in Australia (Melbourne) and NO PHONE CONTACT>>>>> 

Truley it has now become a farce.... I get companies like this outsource call centres to 3rd world **holes to make their profit margins nice and fat but surely in a situation like this they can hire a few Aussie bodies and set them up somehwere to deal with the incredible overflow.... OK I get the that the Philipines are in lock down and that 3-4 of your call staff that have the capacity to work from home are overwhelmed but DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
