Cannot make outgoing or incoming calls

I just started using the tpg sim card. My reception shows full and also tpg sim card is working but right now i cannot make any outgoing or incoming calls using the sim.

TPG Australia & TPG Singapore are 2 separate entities. Kindly send an email to Singapore Mobile Team at support@tpgmobile.com.sg so they can provide further assistance.

Hi,

I am unable to call and receive too..
Kindly check whether my outgoing and incoming called barred?

Pls resolve it ASAP
