I have How to activate your Mobile SIM email. Great!..But...
When I follow the instructions "Log in to My Account with username XXXX and select Get started, then follow the prompts" clicking on the My Account link in the email, it takes me to the My Account page, there is no "Get started" so I enter my username, but then realise there is no temporary password provided and there is no provision to create new account.
How do I circumvent this?
Ok. Got it sorted. It finally recognised my email address and allowed me to reset password.
