I already asked about this long time ago
but have not got any solution about this
I m using TPG internet on 2 units
but one unit is going to be finished rent so I wish to disconnect one unit and keep the one only which i got contract 1.5 year
where can i speak to about this?

Hello I dont remember customer number cant find now
2 of them
I got 1.5 year contract with 3604 unit
and got take over 3905 unit.
Can you please call me XXXXXXXXXX this Saturday ?? Between 9am ~ 11am

The concern was endorsed to our Account Specialists Team to discuss the procedure of the cancellation of the account. If you also wish to cancel the service or one of your existing service, shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
