I have no internet, this is my 3rd week without. An nbn tech “fixed” it twice, it worked for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I reported on Thursday no connection and was given ticket #10443302 and would be updated in 12 to 24 hours. No one hasreplied to my enquires. I’m trying to work from home with no internet fo 3 weeks. Will I get reliable internet withanother provider? As a side note, my TPG payment was debited from my bank this week. I’m paying for nothing.
