Restarted everything, etc. Still nothing.

Hi,

 

My records shows your service is up at good sync rate.

If you still cannot access to internet,

If you can factory default the modem (pressing the pinhole for 10 sec (back of device).

Can you PM your usermane and CID?

CID is located on the invoice
