Hi,

I’m having the same issue, NBN recently installed was working fine, and suddenly stopped working this morning, have reset the modem with no success.

Please help, working from home with no internet is really hard!!!

          Our troubleshooting failed,

only one socket in the house, 

we tried different phone cables,  from the socket to modem, and did a power reset. still no joy.

line test showing possible cable damage around 233m, 

a team member call you shortly, to confirm NBN tech visit schedule, 

please check your PM for the ticket number

The nbn technician has not turned up and have not received any communication from them. The number they used to arrange the apt is turned off and the website says I need to contact you. I’ve tried emailing, messaging and ringing you guys but no response either. What’s going on? I understand you want to keep costs low but support should still be better than this.
