Im also having the same problem, no light above “internet”. No nbn outage in my area, and am in the middle of work so need it reset ASAP please

I have the same problem.

We checked the account and learned that there was an NBN network issue that affected your service.

This has been resolved by the NBN field technicians and the service is now working within specification.
