Internet stop working

Hi, My internet stopped working, because today afternoon during deduction payment my card was insufficient balance, then I immediately recharge my card , but , still no deduction money & stop working internet! Please solve it, 89180703 this is my TPG phone number that I'm facing the problem

Sir my TPG number is 89180703
Payments already deducted from my Account! But, still I can't use my internet, got network, show 4G , but internet cannot use, can't browse or open anything! Please do something! Thanks

We tried to use your given details to pull up the account but it shows no matching records found, also Customer ID consist of 7 Digits. We'd like to confirm if you're with TPG Mobile Singapore if so, you have reached the support for TPG Australian consumers. We do not have access with TPG singapore we recommend to contact them directly on their support channels.

In Singapore, they have only one way to contact with them by Email, I already 5 More times email to them , no response! What can I do ? Why the service to poor ?
