cannot make calls

Hello team,

 

I switched from Optus to TPG and received the activation confirmation email on 23rd November.

I can connect to the Internet and send/receive text messages but cannot make calls (both dial-in and dial-out). Please help me to fix the problem.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've raised this with our Mobile team yesterday. The case was tagged as resolved today.

Please turn off and on your phone to refresh it. Also, try some troubleshooting here.

 

If the service is still not working, please let us know.

Hello team,

 

My mobile was working yesterday afternoon for a short period of time but it is not working again.

Still cannot make calls. I can send a message but cannot receive a message.

Please take a look at this issue and advice me.
