I switched from Optus to TPG and received the activation confirmation email on 23rd November.
I can connect to the Internet and send/receive text messages but cannot make calls (both dial-in and dial-out). Please help me to fix the problem.

My mobile was working yesterday afternoon for a short period of time but it is not working again.
Still cannot make calls. I can send a message but cannot receive a message.
