As a new TPG Customer, I am NOT impressed!

I have paid for a service I am not receiving and am STUPIDLY locked into a 6 month contractSmiley Sad

I moved house (renting) ..
I was sent a modem and was told:

“Ma’am there should be a connection box at the premises”

well, there IS’NT one!
I called TPG, I have since received a connection box Smiley Happy
I plugged everything in & powered everything on and I HAVE NO INTERNET Smiley Sad

I have called TPG again & lodged a fault ..
the fault has been flagged “RESOLVED” yet I HAVE NO INTERNET!!

I’d love to call Telstra and BEG them to take me back Smiley Sad

Disappointed & Frustrated!!
