Hi TPG,
I just joined the community to contribute to a discussion around TPG's NBN upgrade offer:
NBN Speed Upgrade Offer
After registering, I received the 'welcome, please verify your email' email, and clicked the link to verify successfully.
However, when I click into a user's page to send a private message - I don't see the "Send a message" button next to the user's name - see attached screenshot.
Is there a probation period after registering? Can you please assist?

Yes, until you are on level 2 you cannot send a pm. Your public post placed you on level 2, so now OK
Funny that! After posting this message - I was promoted to Level 2 and can now see the "Send a message" button.. :-)
