Hi, I have updated my payment details but there is no internet connection still. Could you help me in regards to this matter, thanking you in advance for your kind attention onto it.

Thanks for raising this with us.

We tried to search for the account using your community details to no avail.

 

We advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage.

If not, please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.
