Get online support

No internet after new connection.

I got my modem and NCD delivered by last Thursday and I connected them as instructed. I tried to contact support technician but every time they asked me to stay on the line and said that I will be contacted but no one did. I waited several hours on the online chat.
It’s been almost a week with internet outage in my apartment and there is no sign of TPG technician helping me out. I understand the fact that due to COVID 19 things have been tough but you also don’t sell your products on offer on this time of crisis which you cannot handle. I have a worst experience so far and I will not hesitate to cancel the TPG subscription.
