Hi @danielsim1007 . Are you on FTTB/FTTN using Archer to make RJ11 connection to telephone wall socket? In this case, the Archer DSL light should be on but not Internet light. In bridge mode, you should not be able to sign in to the Archer.
You can check out the connection and the Archer by doing factory reset and seeing if it works by itself. Archer config is PPPoE with your TPG username and password. You need to know whether VLAN ID is set to 2 or not. If you don't know, try it disabled or set to 2.
BTW, email notification from Community is not working, so you need to check here from time to time.
