Pop to IMAP

Does this mean we can no conevrt our decades old POP3 email accounts to IMAP without having to change usernames? But why do we still have to pay extra for IMAP:-(

Welcome to the Community!

Your POP3 email account will be assessed by our Accounts team to confirm if it can be converted to an IMAP account.

You may read the information on the website that was given for better understanding of the fee.

1. Setup the Account as IMAP. Go to the File menu and select New > Mail Account. 
2. Organize Your Accounts. At this time you will have your account setup as both POP and IMAP within Postbox. 
3. Copy Messages and Folders. 
4. Creating a Backup Before Deleting the POP Account. 
5. Delete the POP Account.
