Smtp Error Code 60000 Not send!

Hi,

There is a problem with the server please help
When sending, an error code of 60000 appears and nothing is sent
But when I try to send to my email, a message arrives

I wish there was a solution to this problem

this error code 60000 mean i'm Banned from using SMTP ??

Hi @Nikola

 

What email client/Application are you using? Could you please try to send out emails using TPG Post Office to check if you are going to receive the same error message?

 

When did the issue start?

Use sender blaster app

 

When I put only 3 emails on the send list, it sends without any problem
But when I put about 50 emails or less, an error code of 60000 appears and is sent to ( 2 or 1 email ) out of 50 emails

 

Problem has almost two days

Hi @Nikola

 

Have you tried to use the TPG Post Office to send out multiple emails if the same issue will occur?

This will help narrow down if the issue is within your App or our Email server.
