TPG emails… on a ship..

Hi.. I am on a ship using premium Wi-Fi. I can only receive emails from the associated address re my account. I can’t send though!! I can’t send or receive from my slave accounts!! I emailed the Messenging Company.. they said a TPG issue. I emailed tpg via my icloud account.. no issues.. no reply as yet. What’s the problem??

hi @myisp17 . Can your main address and slave addresses send and receive using Post Office?
Or, is it just when using a mail client?

How long has it been happening?

If using a mail client, which one?
What settings are you using for each address? Port number, security setting, user authentication?
