Hi I am with ADSL 2+ servicesI tired to call 131423 for 3 days, been hold on line forever witn no one answer.
from last week, my internet keeps droping out and now there is no internet at all, please help me fix this problem ASAP. I am been wait for too long !!!!!!!regards
As i mentioned in your other posts and PMs, we are looking into it.
It appears it will be a telstra line fault. We are trying to get it lodged to telstra ASAP.
